Stolen from a premises on Farmanby Close in Thornton Dale near Pickering



Please find the attached photos and the below description of items stolen from a premises on Farmanby Close in Thornton Dale near Pickering between 26th-27th October 2013 .  DC 463 Lucie Welford is leading the investigation and is trying to ascertain if anyone has been offerred these items for sale or bought them. It is possible that the burglars are from out of force possibly West Yorkshire.   Description of the stolen property is as follows:

1.  A Robert Thompson 'Mouseman' Solid Oak Tea Tray 'kidney' shape which was 1'6" wide and 1'1" in diameter with two mice, one on each edge.

2.  A bone/ivory carving of a crocodile with three or four elephants decreasing in size on a black plinth - this is believed to depict the story of The Elephant's Child by Rudyard Kipling.
