From PCSO 6245 Battisson.
Recently North Yorkshire Police have
received numerous reports of the passing of fake £20 notes to shops and
restaurants within the Craven area. One description that we have
received, regarding the person passing the said notes, is that it is a
male with a bald head, of medium height and build, wearing a light
stripey jumper. Two suspect vehicles attached to these incidents, to
look out for are: NA54HSE, HONDA CIVIC in black and BF57NSY, RENAULT
LAGUNA in Grey. Please check bank notes when passed to you and if this
male is seen in any area, or any other person is witnessed involved with
this type of incident, please report it asap, by contacting North
Yorkshire Police on 101. Please take note of any suspicious person's
description and any suspicious vehicle associated to them.
