LAND ROVER PARTS THEFT.

In recent weeks across North Yorkshire and within Craven, North Yorkshire Police have dealt with a number of incidents that involve thefts of Land Rover parts. In particular these include the removing doors and bonnets from the Land Rovers. Most of these crimes are happening through the night. Please be vigilant and secure your property. Secure your vehicles away, where possible, in garages, barns or out of sight. Hire vans have been seen in the vicinity of these crimes and are suspected to be involved. If you see any such vehicles or any vehicles acting suspiciously, or anyone acting suspiciously please contact North Yorkshire Police straight away on 999 (If it is an emergency and the crime is in progress) or on the 101 number.
